According to NAR 48% of internet leads go unanswered and the other 52% are responded to in a matter of days, not hours. That is simply UNACCEPTABLE in today’s internet driven consumer environment.
When I entered the real estate industry in 1984 I was told real estate was a numbers game. I never forgot that. The more people I reached and made a connection with the better chance I had they would turn into buyers and sellers.
Recruiting agents today can be challenging however, recruiting quality real estate agents should be your company’s number one priority. Recruiting quality agents is the fastest way to increase market share and to generate revenue.
