What is Camp REinvent?
In response to a real estate brokerage community struggling to find solutions in a rapidly evolving industry while hamstrung by tight budgets, Camp REinvent was born. The veteran team at PCMS is facilitating a cost-efficient, six month series of highly integrated and relevant sessions designed to help brokerage companies reinvent themselves. Camp REinvent gives you intimate access to over 175 years of real estate industry experience as well as several real estate brokerage and technology industry guests who will share their real world experiences as they transformed their organizations for the new reality.
“Campers” interact with our team and each other over the course of 24 weekly interactive group coaching calls and 6 monthly one on one coaching calls with our expert “counselors”. Topics include recruiting, internet marketing, search engine optimization, social media, and succession planning. More importantly, each session is designed to show you and your team why all these things are inter-related and why reinvention means you must blend new forms of communication and technology with age old tasks such as recruiting agents and engaging consumers.
