Eliminating overhead does not create new listings… closing offices does not help recruit new agents…

In response to a real estate brokerage community struggling to find solutions in a rapidly evolving industry while hamstrung by tight budgets, Camp REinvent was born. The veteran team at PCMS is facilitating a cost-efficient, six month series of highly integrated and relevant sessions designed to help brokerage companies reinvent themselves. Camp REinvent gives you intimate access to over 300 years of real estate industry experience as well as several real estate brokerage and technology industry guests who will share their real world experiences as they transformed their organizations for the new reality.

REinvent Campers interact with our team and each other over the course of 15 weekly interactive group coaching calls and 3 monthly one on one coaching calls with our expert counselors. Topics include recruiting, internet marketing, search engine optimization, social media, and succession planning. More importantly, each session is designed to show you and your team why all these things are inter-related and why reinvention means you must blend new forms of communication and technology with age old tasks such as recruiting agents and engaging consumers.

At the end of the program you will have renewed passion and excitement for your business and be armed with loads of new ideas that will impress your agents your clients, and the market. Today’s agents and consumers want to align with the market innovator and with a company that has positive momentum… our goal is to put you in a position to have both!

What People are Saying
  • "It's great to get to talk real estate ideas and changes going on in markets around the country with Jose, he has long been a great source of guidance and a good friend to our firm! Camp REinvent is allowing me to ask some questions and find out what others have tried, would try given another chance and wish they'd tried so we can make the best changes for our company moving forward! I have high expectations!" Fritzi Barbour, Vice President, Coldwell Banker Caine, Greenville, SC
  • "He was excellent!", when asked what he thought about guest speaker Tom Tognoli, Founder and COO of Intero Real Estate Services. Alex Joseph Cservek, Chief Operating Officer, The Strata Group, Baltimore, MD
  • "Going very well. Our managers are eating it up." Patrick J. Fortin, CENTURY 21 Commonwealth, Winchester, MA
  • "I would say my signature and social networking. Agents are slowly starting to catch on. Most of the web content will be done from the company level", when asked what he has learned so far from Camp REinvent. Jim Zarkadas, CRS, CBR, GRI, LCM, CENTURY 21 Commonwealth, Winchester, MA
  • "I have to say that overall I have enjoyed the program." Cindy Penn, Marketing Manager, The Strata Group, Baltimore, MD
  • "Last session was the best one-The Integrated Technology Plan. As I told you before, after the first few sessions, it became clear to us that there was a lot more involved than just attending the 1 hour session per week. Overall Jose, the sessions have been very good." Alex Joseph Cservek, Chief Operating Officer, The Strata Group, Baltimore, MD
  • "I have created a Facebook page for my office, still working on it. I have also been stressing the importance of social media and have helped agents create their page. Great retention tool! My last 2 recruits of the past two weeks were very much impressed when I 'talked the talk' in our interview. Thanks again, enjoying these sessions." Alison Brown, CRS, CBR, VP Sales Manager, CENTURY 21 Commonwealth, Winchester, MA
  • "I am extremely impressed with knowledge and expertise of the instructors within the camp. The instructors have taken the time to carefully plan each session, giving the participants (“campers’) a wealth of information without any wasted time or old/re-packaged ideas.
What I like the most about the “camp” idea, is the use of technology to create and innovative and effective forum. The webinar allows our firm to have multiple members of the upper management team participate in the camp, without cost or wasted time of traveling to central location. The technology used by Camp Reinvent also allows the participants to remain mobile and still attend the camp. Just hook your laptop to an Internet connection, put on your headphones and you are ready to go, may you be in an airport terminal or hotel lobby."Lawrence P. Finn, III Director of Corporate Services, Coach Realtors
